Order processing time
I understand that you are eager to receive your favorite water filter jug as soon as possible, so we will do our best to ensure that the order is processed and shipped in a timely manner. We will process your order and ship it within 1-2 business days after you place the order. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed.
Cleanhygien.com’s order processing hours are Monday-Friday/9:00AM-5:00PM (EST).
Orders placed after 5:00 pm from Monday to Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 9:00 am the next day.
Orders placed after 5:00pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.

Shipping time

We will pack your water filter jug in cartons while adding plastic foam paper inside to prevent scratches, bumps or crushing to minimize potential shipping damage.
The package contains the water filter jug you purchased and a return label (the return label will be required to be returned when returning the product, so it is recommended to keep it properly).
